Brainstorm

Once we’ve got your topic suggestions, we’ll work to make sure they’ll capture as many specifiers’ interest as possible.

We may suggest you broaden or narrow your topic depending on who you’re looking to target.

Source Deepdive

We require as many source materials as you can provide which we will review with a fine-tooth comb from the perspective of an outsider to your niche.

We will ensure the CPD is both digestable for those new to the topic yet interesting for more experienced attendees.

Technical Drafting

With specialists in engineering, fire safety, general construction, and more, our technical writers are experienced in digesting and creating specialised, niche, and technical content.

Our project management will review the scope and select the technical writer most suited to your company.

SME Review

Once our technical writers have completed their initial draft, we send the bare bones back to your Subject Matter Expert (SME) to check for technical errors and improvements.

At this stage, the CPD will be a plain text PDF without graphics or images.

Internal Presentations

Once we’ve received the draft back from your SME and implemented feedback, we carry out internal presentations to ensure we are happy with the sequence, the flow and that the learning objectives are satisfied.

These reviews are carried out only by highly experienced CPD experts.

Graphic Design

Once we’re happy that the draft meets our quality standards, our graphic designers begin, each with experience in developing easily-digestable learning content.

Ideally, we work to your brand guidelines, however, we can assist with design improvements, too.

Courtesy Presentation

Once graphic design is complete and we have finished our quality checks, we offer a courtesy presentation delivered to your CPD delivery team via Microsoft Teams.

Iterations

We recommend you present the CPD to your internal team prior to any amends, even if you’d like to tweak it, add to it, or change the sequence.

By presenting, you’ll identify improvements much faster, reducing the number of revisions you need.
